February 28 to March 2, 2016

Phuket, Thailand

Thailand is the most popular tourist destination in South-East Asia, and for good reasons: it's exotic, yet safe and mostly hassle-free. Phuket, located about 90 minutes by plane from Bangkok – and accessible by direct flights to/from major cities around the world – is Thailand’s largest island. Long dubbed the “Pearl of the Andaman”, Phuket retains its quintessential Thainess, with a culture and history all of its own, propagated by a carefree people famed for their smiles and fun-seeking “sanook” attitude.

The conference venue will be held at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket, Thailand. The Resort showcases 113 elegant villas ranging from Garden Villas with outdoor rainforest showers to Plunge Pool Villas and Penthouse Plunge Pool Villas with rooftop sundecks and plunge pools. The 223 Superior Room and Superior Sea View Rooms and Suites feature excellent amenities. Residences offer 27 two-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes, living rooms, and oversized balconies. The guests can enjoy the 4 outdoor swimming pools and be impressed by the wide range of culinary in the five restaurants and three bars. Relaxing at The Spa while the little guests enjoy their play time at The Play Zone, one of the largest resort play area for children on Phuket, is the way to spend your perfect conference/holiday.

Karon Beach

About 45 minutes from Phuket International Airport, 20 minutes from Phuket Town, and only 10 minutes from Patong, the heart of Phuket’s world-famous nightlife, Karon Beach is in an ideal location. Within a 30 minutes' drive to two 18-hole golf courses, Karon is in the center of it all, with one of the longest stretches of pristine beach in Phuket, famous for its squeaky, white sand.
